A comprehensive first visit focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals. Includes a detailed history, physical and functional examination, and — if clinically appropriate — your first chiropractic treatment.

Chiropractic Treatment
A follow-up chiropractic treatment for existing patients. May include joint adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and movement-based strategies to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall function.

Extended Chiropractic Treatment
A longer, more comprehensive treatment session designed for complex or multi-area concerns. Allows additional time for hands-on care that may include IASTM, cupping, or taping.

Neck & Jaw Specific Treatment
A specialized treatment focused on the neck, jaw, and surrounding structures. Ideal for jaw tension or pain, clicking, headaches, or facial pain.

Pediatric Treatment (Ages 0–5)
A gentle, age-appropriate treatment visit for infants and young children. Techniques are adapted to be comfortable and developmentally appropriate — nothing like an adult adjustment.

For patients who have previously received care from Dr. Slater at another location within the past 6 months. Includes a review of your current concerns, focused examination, reassessment, and appropriate chiropractic treatment.
