For patients returning after time away (6+ months) or experiencing a new concern. Includes a detailed update, focused assessment, and personalized treatment to help you get back on track.

A specialized treatment focused on the neck, jaw, and surrounding structures. Ideal for concerns such as jaw tension or pain, clicking, headaches, or facial pain. Care may include gentle joint techniques, muscle release, and strategies to reduce tension and improve function.

A longer, more comprehensive treatment session designed for complex or multi-area concerns. Allows additional time for hands-on care that may include Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (IASTM), cupping, or taping.

For patients who have previously received care from Dr. Slater at another location within the past 6 months. Includes a review of your current concerns, focused examination, reassessment, and appropriate chiropractic treatment.
